Electric toothbrush

Avoided buying an electric toothpaste for years, as I thought that not brushing the teeth manually means that I am becoming very lazy.

Now that I use the electric toothpaste for a year, I can say:

- The mouth and gums feel so much more fresh

- It is easier to brush well without putting extra pressure on the gums, which many people are not aware they are doing and that causes receding gums.

- It cleans the teeth so much better. Imagine that the toothbrush does hounders of tiny movements brushes the teeth thoroughly, something that is almost impossible to achieve is a manual brushing.  A mother of friend is a dentist, and she says that from her small sample, people who use electric toothbrush have healthier teeth.
